Delete your Pigeon account

Submit this form to start deletion of your Pigeon account and personal data. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app.

What happens after you submit

We acknowledge and verify the request using your account email.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your Pigeon profile and personal contacts are deleted.
Firm-controlled call, client, matter, billing, and audit records may remain under the firm's control when needed for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal obligations.
Where firm records must remain, your identity is removed or de-identified where practical.

Deleting your individual account does not automatically delete the entire firm's records or cancel a firm subscription. A firm administrator may separately request firm closure and deletion.
