Delete your Pigeon account

Submit this form to start deletion of your Pigeon account and personal data. You do not need to reinstall or sign in to the app.

What happens after you submit

We acknowledge and verify the request using your account email and company name.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your Pigeon profile and personal contacts are deleted.
Company-controlled call, client, matter, billing, and audit records may remain under the company's control when needed for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal obligations.
Where company records must remain, your identity is removed or de-identified where practical.

Deleting your individual account does not automatically delete the entire company's records or cancel a company subscription. A company administrator may separately request company closure and deletion.
